“When I started marketing hospice care in 2001, I met family members whose hearts and lives were forever changed by the compassion of hospice workers. A few years later, my father-in-law was blessed to have the full support of hospice care in his final months of life. I’m honored to do whatever I can to help people realize what hospice care can accomplish, and show what a difference it can make to add meaning and fulfillment at life’s end.”
As a strategist and writer, Stan has been providing insightful analysis and creative concepts for a variety of clients for more than 25 years.
He led the team that helped Hospice of Northwest Ohio create an innovative marketing public relations campaign that has become the gold standard in its region — and beyond. Not only did the campaign help increase admissions by 64% and average length of service by 88% (far surpassing client goals), it was honored with the 2005 Platinum Award from PR News as the best marketing campaign in the nation.
Many other healthcare clients have benefited from Stan’s talents. He has a depth of experience in marketing public relations for more than ten different hospitals, HCR Manor Care and a variety of physician groups and clinics.
He also has built a solid portfolio of diverse creative work. His clients have included national brands such as McDonald’s, Borders Books & Music and Owens Corning. In fact, most of the Pink Panther TV spots in the 1990s were either written or produced by Stan — including one that aired during the Super Bowl.
Stan also donates his time and talents to promote many community causes. He has written and produced campaigns to support the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and Make-A-Wish Foundation, among others. In 2003, he received the Silver Medal Award from the American Advertising Federation for a career of contributions to the advertising profession and to his community.
