“Hospice care not only benefitted both my mom and dad at the end of their lives, it was a huge benefit for our entire family. The hospice professionals and resources helped us better understand what was happening along the way so we felt less out-of-control even though we could not control the situation. Their knowledge and compassion empowered us to take an active and positive role rather than feeling like helpless bystanders.”

With 20 years of strong and varied experience in marketing healthcare and other industries, Laila offers lots of intelligence. And we’re not just talking about her smarts — we’re talking about marketing intelligence through focused research.

As one of our leaders in research and data mining, Laila’s role is to offer clients useful insights on how their target audiences think and behave. Analysis of their competition. Perspectives on how they may blaze new inroads in the marketplace.

It’s a role that has seen Laila become more than a professional resource, but a trusted partner to her clients. They’ve seen how the “big picture” intelligence she gathers has been able to focus their marketing efforts squarely on the objectives at hand and deliver results.

Laila has been instrumental in developing our process that overlays prospecting with geographic pinpointing in a proprietary tool called Opportunity MapsTM.

Laila is a member of the Advisory Panel for SHSMD (Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development), the nation’s largest resource for healthcare-provider-based planners, marketers and communications practitioners. Laila invests her time to think of the community’s needs, too. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Victory Center, providing support and strength for cancer patients and their families.
